My name is Henry Swerdloff.

I administrate our technology employees and contractors, when we provide our
information and information-security services to our physician and hospital clients.

I know Information Security is very serious business, and its

Susan was employed by Spheris for over 11 years. _ Spheris is a world-class
medical documentation company. _ Susan earned an excellent reputation.

Susan joined Spheris in 1997, after economic requirements dictated that she
close her first successful medical documentation business. _ In 1993, she
established that business in the southeast U.S.A., in the state of Florida.

During her Spheris employment she at first used her married name,
Susan Nieminen; and then she used her maiden name, Susan M. Aucoin.

In 2008, when her personal circumstances changed, Susan was then able to
offer her special abilities to various parts of Spheris. _ She then found Spheris
was eliminating most medical documentation services performed in expensive
U.S.A., replacing them with similar services performed in very-low-wage India.

Finding her employer eliminating most of their U.S.A. performed medical
documentation services, Susan used her special skills to successfully
re-establish her earlier medical documentation business; but this time
establishing it in the region of the northeast U.S.A. known as New England.

Susan established and managed her own successful American U.S.A. medical
documentation business, in which she successfully marketed her services to
